The LRF0405C laser rangefinder module is a high-precision 1535nm eye-safe laser distance sensor, compliant with Class I (IEC 60825-1) safety standards. This Long-range 1535nm LIDAR module delivers long-range performance, detecting large targets up to ≥5000m, NATO targets to ≥4000m, and drones from ≥1100m. With a precision rate over 98% and ±2m accuracy, this high-precision 1535nm laser module supports 1–10 Hz frequency and detects up to 3 targets simultaneously. The Compact 1535nm rangefinder module operates across a wide voltage range (DC 4.5–16V), with ≤2.5W average power at 10Hz and ≤7W peak at 12V. Ideal for UAVs, military and space, and industrial systems, it features a lightweight design (≈32g), durable operation from -40°C to +70°C, and UART (TTL 3.3V) communication.

The LRF0405C eyesafe laser rangefinder module from ERDI TECH uses a self-developed 1535nm Diode Pump Solid State microchip laser. It offers NATO target ranging of 2.3m×2.3m reaching 4km, in a compact size of 48×30.5×21mm and 32g weight. Features include stable laser measurement, self-testing, temperature reporting, three-target ranging, pre/post-measurement target indication, single/continuous ranging, baud rate setting, laser launch tracking, and serial port update support. Its versatility suits it for laser distance measurement, UAS, optical pods, and boundary monitoring.
