The ER500 is a robust, 1535 nm Class 1 eye-safe diode pumped solid state laser, delivering ≥500 µJ pulse energy with a 5 ns pulse width and 1–10 Hz repetition rate for consistent performance. Its TEM beam mode and 8 mrad divergence ensure excellent beam quality, while the 0.35 mm raw beam diameter enables precise optical integration. Engineered for harsh conditions, it operates in -45 °C to +65 °C and survives 1500 G impacts and 20 G vibrations. Compact (32×8×7 mm) and lightweight (10 g), it’s ideal for mid-range LIDAR, industrial automation, military rangefinders, and atmospheric sensing. With a >5 million pulse lifespan, the ER500 balances power, stability, and durability for demanding field and research applications.

This 1535nm microchip DPSS  laser has a pulse energy of ≥500μJ and is safe for human eyes. The pump pulse width is less than 2ms. This eye safe DPSS Erbium Glass Laser features a small size, light weight, and stable performance, and is widely used in laser ranging, lidar, target recognition, fiber optic communication, etc.
