The ER4000 is a high-performance 1535 nm laser diode (Class 1 eye-safe) delivering ≥4 mJ pulse energy with a 12 ns pulse width at a 5 Hz repetition rate, featuring excellent ±5% pulse stability. Its TEM00 beam mode with 4 mrad divergence and 0.5 mm beam diameter ensures precision and long-range performance. Designed for harsh conditions, it operates in -45°C to +65°C, withstands 1500G impacts, and offers an extended >50 million shot lifespan. The compact 60×25×13.5 mm design (105g) makes it ideal for military rangefinders, LIDAR systems, scientific research, and industrial material processing. With 5V/65A operation, the ER4000 combines high energy output, rugged reliability, and compact integration for demanding applications in defense, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing.
