The ER200 is a compact, high-performance 1535 nm laser diode, classified as Class 1 eyesafe, making it ideal for applications requiring user safety. It delivers ≥200 µJ pulse energy with a short 4 ns pulse width and operates at 1–10 Hz repetition rates, ensuring precise and stable performance. The laser features a high-quality TEM0000​ beam with 10 mrad divergence, suitable for applications demanding tight beam control. Designed for rugged environments, it operates in extreme temperatures (-45 °C to +65 °C) and withstands 1500 G impact and 20 G vibration. Its small size (25×8×7 mm) and lightweight (8 g) make it perfect for integration into portable LIDAR systems, short-range rangefinders, industrial sensors, and scientific instrumentation. With a long lifespan (>5 million pulses), the ER200 offers reliability for defense, automation, and environmental monitoring applications.

ERDI's 1535nm DPSS laser operates within the critical wavelengths of both the eye safety window and the atmospheric window. This eye-safe DPSS laser delivers pulse energy ≥200μJ, enabling a ranging capability of 3-8 kilometers.
